Blurb

Inspired by Hindu philosophy and various scriptures of the world, Author Abhishek Vipul Thakkar has brought out the second volume of Vitamin H which aims to render solace, divine bliss and unfettered joy to it's readers. It beckons the reader to reckon upon the chunks and slices of wisdom literature embedded in the book and transform their mundane lives into extraordinary lives. It is not only a self- help or a self- improvement book but also a book that offers the path of self-discovery as well as the bliss that is spawned be self- realization.

My takeaway

'When you treasure what you have, you are already rich', I read this qoute somewhere and it kinda struck me and this book. Having read Vitamin H volume 2 straight I am in a state of wondering what valuable asset the previous book could be. The entire volume of Vitamin H is split into how one can make 365 days of our life better.
Volume 2 begin with Day 112 with a powerful punch to strive and elevate your life to its zenith. One should not be afraid to reach his goal and we should not listen to those who dont belive in our dreams like ours. The book is packed with so many qoutes and how we can at least try to implement in our lives. It has some amazing guide to our lives, dreams, love, money, fear, society, words and what not. Each day gives you something fruitful to add in your routine.

I really like the most positive version of 'Good things take time' to the one author has penned down 'Good things happen to those people who strongly believe that good things will happen to them.' In this fast paced world, where the same world is still dealing with pandemic, job loss, health issues and above all mental health issues; such lines would be great help to cope up such gloomy days.

There's another great qoute on Day 203 which gives a message on problem solving without therapy. Indeed an amazing attempt by the author to grab so fascinating ideas into one book. I thoroughly enjoyed every single day and have ticked few for myself.

'Create your own inner reality. Design your own inner world.' How often we forgot there's another self inside us waiting to get explored or better say we call carry a universe within only few know how to port there.

The volume 2 ends on Day 263 which will leave it's readers waiting to know what's restore in remaining days. The book can be read and understood by anyone because life is an ongoing journey with unknown destinations. The book is recommended to everyone who wants to make best of 365 days. Eagerly waiting for Volume 3 and best wishes to the author.
